Often, I think some take the care of their vaginal/perianal area a little to lightly. It is the core of who and what we are as women; it brings fort life, love, pleasure and HEALING. We must learn to take care, treat and respect our vagina and womb. V-steaming should only be done when there is no presence of yeast, discharge or other abnormalities. These things should be addressed and checked with your healthcare PROFESSIONAL immediately. However, when the vagina is well, this is a great way to clean, care and keep healthy. I used some special herbs for this process: Burdock Root - which we use to help alleviate cramping, as well as detoxifying the liver. Pau D'Arco - which aids in women suffering with fibromyalgia. Black Cohosh - a tea we give to mother immediately after delivering her baby and just before the placenta is delivered. She is given Black Cohosh to sip on, which delivers the placenta often, without incident and in tact. The remaining ingredients are: HERBS of peppermint, chamomile, lavender The remaining essential oils are: OILS of peppermint, rosemary and tea tree Use one cup of each of the herbs and 5 - 10 drops of each of the essential oils. Also, I have listed what each ingredient is for, so feel free to use as much or as little, depending on your need.
