
We love foods that feel and taste good going down. Often times we can OVER DO IT in the preparation and cause ourselves a myriad of health issues in doing so. We can eat foods like this (once or twice a year) an enjoy the preparation and taste, too! Here is a way to make a delicious Macaroni & Cheese that you and your family will truly enjoy, with a lot less fat and a lot less calories. I promise you, they won't know the difference. I PROMISE, YOU WILL LOVE IT. One ingredient I forgot to add was some HEART HEALTHY, MUCH NEEDED coconut oil! Oh, well, I'll just have to put some in my Ginger tea, before bed tonight! :D
