So, this is… the 1st original song I’m releasing this year, on the last day of the first month of 2019. A simplified background story to the song: When I started writing it last year, I intentionally wanted this to be the last song I write about that relationship. I wrote.. a ton lol… even though you only heard two… I wanted to write about how it felt to be finally moving on, like this is the last chapter of it all. So for me, it was a big milestone… to say yes, it’s now all in the past. I’m ready for what’s next.. Fast forward to the beginning of this year. One of my resolutions is to finish what I started, and start things I’ve always wanted to do. Even if it’s scary. So this is one…I’ve never freestyled/danced in a video to my own song lol… I'm not great but it was fun. I really enjoyed making it. It’s raw. It’s me. And.. as always… it’s real.
