My Garden Burgers are packed with PROTEIN, green leafy veggies for iron and calcium, as well as fruit! Yes, fruit.... (tomatoes are a fruit). By eating this burger, you are taking in 6 veggies and one fruit. That is your daily requirement of almost both. For the rest of your fruit, juice some mangoes and peaches add a little sugar and vanilla almond milk and you've now added 2 more fruits and one nut (no not me, the almonds from the almond milk, you silly....tee-hee. I think I'm funny! :D
