I have a Mother that is due on February 26, so this might be one of my last videos until the 1st of March. She has asked that I video, during her labor and delivery (we'll see). My job is to be at her sideat her side. If it is okay with her, perhaps you will get to see what I do as a Doula. I've never talked about my work as a Doula or captured what I do, because my clients confidentially is paramount to me. But, for the sake of learning and teaching others, if she says it is okay, I may be able to share some. I've always taught my children to be independent and to NEVER have to depend on anyone else. I have instilled in them the entrepreneurial spirit in them and to create a career that which will promote a self-sustaned lifestyle. Two of my children are self-employed, two of them work for Fortune 500 companies in management positions. My daughter will be trained as a nurse and will partner with me in my Doula Business, until she has mastered her craft as a professional Doula. She is just as excited about her upcoming nursing courses, as I am to have her working with me! I've explained this is career that can last as long as she wants and she can make of it, what she will. If someone told me I would no longer be paid as a Doula, that would be just fine with me! That's how GANGSTA MY CAREER IS! We are working to bring forth LIFE over here!!!
