
REVISED - June 25, 2017 - 11:17AM - I feel this video is important right now. I want to share it again. Your health is everything and good health is something that we all should be striving for. Good health is more important than being skinny, P.HA.T., etc. It's not entirely about the scale but being about being HEALTHY. I don't believe health comes when being overweight, but there are plenty of skinny people who are very sick! This is why I say, it's about health and not completely about that scale! I am, at this very moment, editing another video like this one. In the upcoming video, I talk about plateaus, slow weight loss and why we don't lose weight when we are eating right and exercising. The upcoming video is to encourage you and give you the tools you need to get things moving! As I learn, I SHARE! ECCLESIASTES 9:11 - The race is not given to the swift BUT TO THOSE THAT ENDURETH! HANG IN THERE!!!! More importantly, IT'S NOT A RACE! Don't give up! Don't let that simple-minded, uneducated, non-sensical individual, running their loose and over inflated lips, steer you into the wrong direction with flat out wrong information! People are dying to be thin but remember, there are plenty of skinny people with body definition and supposedly in good health, who are sick! Acquiring good health is like a fine wine! It takes time and over time, we should learn more and more about well-being and health. Those studying to become a doctor, don't acquire their knowledge in 30 days or six months but a doctor, a learned individual spends 8 to 12 years learning, developing a bedside manner and a practice. Good health is your fine wine, let it expand, marinate, grow and FERMENT. Take your time and take the time to learn and grow. Many of us have much to unlearn and new information about health and well-being to acquire! You are on God's watch and no one elses! God wants us to honor honor HIM with long life and care for this gift that he has given us....this temple, this body. Don't race to your death with unreasonable tricks, gimmicks, fads, bad information and unsustainable practices. As promised, this is the Weight Loss Intensive. Here, I will discuss with you what has worked for me. What has worked for me will work for you as well! We are not all as different as we think that we are. The principles that I have applied are fail-proof if you stick with it and keep it simple. Sometimes we come up with the elaborate and complicated weight loss plans, with the greatest of intentions, but life is busy enough, complicated enough, that we really need to keep it simple! Keep only the wholesome, non-processed foods in your home and at the ready. Learn your herbs and spices and season your foods well and learn and develop a food repretoire that will keep your palate satiated and loaded with nutrition. Leave those ZEROED out foods alone and start paying attention the the big numbered nutritional foods and ignore the 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, etc. You need big numbers on the nutrition scale! This first intensive is just an overview. I will come back and elaborate more on some of the individual benchmarks mentioned here! Thank you for tuning in!
