
No calories to count (well maybe with the bread and stuffing). Just eat!!! No calorie counting, no portion control, just give your body the nutrition it needs. When you do, the cravings will stop. The cravings for things we should not eat will stop. Find great, high nutrition foods and EAT, when your body says, "EAT!" When sleepy....SLEEP. When hungry, put NUTRITION into your body. Nutrition is whole foods (not the store), but just plain whole foods. Stay away from; ground meats, deli meats, hot dogs, sausages, turkey bacon etc. If yo must eat meat, eat WHOLE MEATS like a chicken breast, a steak, a roast, a pork chop (if you must), but no "Steakums" and other processed meats. No frozen foods, no boxed or canned foods, unless they contain simple WHOLE ingredients. If you gotta have sweets make your own sweets, i.e. mango, blueberry or strawberry ice cream. Oatmeal (my favorite desert). When you crave chips, try sea salted cashews, make your own sweet potato chips and avoid hydrogenated animal fats. I WANT YOU HEALTHY AND HAPPY!
