What I used (please use the ingredients that you NEED and enjoy the most) 1) I used - EVOO - (Use your favorite heart healthy oil) 2) Your favorite fresh herbs and spices - I used FRESH Basil and Oregano, Curry, Chili, Onion and Garlic Powder. Sea Salt, Fennel, Fenugeek, Coriander, Mustard Seed and Course Black Pepper. 3) Ice cube trays. I am so glad that I made these. I got a 24 hour stomach virus and was too weak to cook and I had not eaten anything all day. It was close to 7:00PM and I needed electrolytes, nutrition and fluids and going to the hospital, as bad as I felt, did not seem to be the thing to do. I fixed the cube by adding boiling water to a pot and allowing the water and cube to melt and simmer for about 5 minutes. I added this broth to a bowl with some table water crackers and the difference in the way that I felt was night and day! Within minutes I was feeling better! My husband had come home with a pizza from the grocery store. I've become so jaded that if the food put in front of me, is not made by me, I won't eat it. I couldn't stomach a processed food item, such as that pizza. But I needed something. Often times people die from the flu and stomach viruses because they become dehydrated and believe that drinking water and sports drinks will relieve the dehydration and it doesn't! Everything in the Bouillon has nutritional, medicinal, healing and re-hydrating qualities! This was the fix! I have to admit, this is a culture shock to me; the fact that I can HEAL MYSELF and not use pharmaceuticals. I hope that you all are well! Now, GO MAKE YOUR OWN! Make sure to taste your broth and continue to season to taste. CORIANDER -The health benefits of coriander include its use in the treatment of skin inflammation , high cholesterol levels, DIARRHEA , mouth ulcers, anemia, indigestion, menstrual disorders, smallpox, conjunctivitis, skin disorders, and blood sugar disorders, while also benefiting eye care.
