I have never laughed so hard at myself as I did at ... 2:48 !!! I'm always trying new and exotic fruits and vegetables. Needless to say, I was not prepared for what this KING OF FRUITS had to offer! It is called DURIAN. Clearly, I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but watch as I try to talk my hubby into following along......HE AIN'T HAVIN' IT! I have since bought a half dozen more WHOLE Durians from the Asian market, frozen section. All you have to do is let it thaw naturally and it opens all by itself. No knife is even needed! It stinks, but it tastes great. It's like someone put a pineapple, a pungent onion and vanilla custard, into a food processor and made a creamy, sweet and stinky desert! The smell does bowl you over, but it's so good and babies love it!!!
