
Now that the cold weather is upon us and the weight tends to return during the cold winter months, here is a heart warming, ambrosial meal! Preparing your own foods from scratch makes a healthier and more satiating meal! Remember, eliminating processed foods and foods that prevent our metabolism from functioning properly (such as processed foods/foods improperly raised and grown) shut down our metabolism, thus they weight stays on! My goal is to SHOW YOU 1) how I lost the weight 2) how I continue to lose the weight and keep it off. Many look for weight to just come POURING OFF! I am not looking for that type of weight loss. Doing so, usually means one lost the weight due to some sort of gimmick, fad or unhealthy efforts that one is unable to stick to and maintain meaning....THE WEIGHT IS GOING TO RETURN! Finding a healthy way to eat and be healthy should be our first line of defense and then one is losing due to LIFESTYLE CHANGE and the weight is likely to stay off. I'm interested in showing people how to lose the weight DUE TO A LIFESTYLE CHANGE and doing so, slowly in order to keep the weight off. I can only show you what I KNOW. Faking it, is not an option; for those that fake it, soon show their hand and what they are lacking, which is AUTHENTIC KNOWLEDGE! I will only show you what works. We ARE NOT that different. What will work for me....will work for you! YES.... IT...... WILL!!! YES.... IT...... WILL!!! YES IT WILL!
