Bablu and Dablu are curious about the Dragon Boat Festival. Louie tells them the story about the ancient Chinese poet Qu Yuan as well as the tradition of dragon boat racing and eating rice dumplings. The bears hanker after the delicious rice dumplings, so they make a deal with Louie by making him a racing boat in exchange for dumplings.
